Please take your time to thoroughly read through the terms and policies below.

If you decide to proceed with making a booking this will mean that you have agreed to all the terms and conditions.


Eligibility

To ensure suitability for the procedure please confirm the below DO NOT apply before you proceed with a booking:
  • Under 18
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding 
  • Use of Accutane (must discontinue use for 1 year before getting this procedure)
  • Have recent lip filler (must be done at least 2 weeks prior to procedure)
  • Active skin disease/condition (cold sores, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, shingles, etc) PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT BEFORE BOOKING 
  • Have epilepsy or any heart conditions/pace maker/defibrillator/stint
  • Have transmissible blood related conditions or diseases such as Hepatitis B, C or HIV
  • Haemophiliac or trichotillomaniac

DEPOSITS

  • Deposits are required at the time of booking and will be deducted from the final price on the day
  • This deposit is transferable however non-refundable due to change of mind or cancellations
  • If a reschedule is requested within 48 hours prior to the appointment the deposit will be forfeited. If the artist needs to cancel at any time for any reason or is unable to perform her duties, then a full refund of the deposit would be returned to the client

Late and no show policy

Everyone’s time is valuable. In order to respect the time of other clients and our schedule, we ask clients to arrive on time for their appointment to avoid a late fee being charged
  • A late fee of $25 will be charged for every consecutive 15 minutes that the client is late or if scheduled procedure exceeds allotted time because of the delay
  • If the client is over 30 minutes late, the artist can choose to cancel the appointment and there would be no refunds of the deposit
  • In the case of “no shows” your deposit will be forfeited. Should you wish to schedule another appointment, payment will be required in full at the time of rebooking

COVID policy

  • Clients must come alone to their appointment. Do not bring any additional guests or children to the appointment
  • If you are feeling unwell, please re-schedule your appointment ASAP. You will be asked to reschedule and your booking deposit will be forfeited if you arrive with unwell symptoms
  • The COVID-19 vaccine may temporarily compromise your immune system in the days/weeks following administration. Before attending your lip blush appointment we require you to wait at least 2 weeks before and after receiving the vaccine to ensure your immune system is in tip top shape 

HEALED RESULTS

  • It is important to note that each individual clients healed results will vary due to a number of different factors, some of which are outside your artists control - pigment retention of clients skin, lifestyle factors, how well pre-care/after care instructions are followed 
  • Results are never guaranteed and additional touch up sessions may be required to achieve the desired results
  • It is the clients responsibility to conscientiously follow the pre-care/aftercare advice provided to maximise the results and reduce any discomfort during and after the procedure
